Agile Wind Power is developer of the first large, economically scalable vertical-axis wind turbine for commercial power generation.

Higher safety for birds and bats thanks to the vertical rotor and a calm visual appearance. Good integration with the landscape. No heavy transport is needed thanks to smaller and lighter components, and no pneu cranes are needed due to a self-construction system.

Agile Wind Power wind turbines stand out due to their pitch control, which is one of its proprietary technology. The individual 360° positioning for each rotor blade leads to higher performance and decreased load on the system structure. This results in less use of material and therefore higher profitability. Terefore the economically scaling of vertical-axis wind turbines become possible for the first time.
